This blog is dedicated to the renovation projects we have been working on in Denver since 2007. We started with an 1891 home in the Baker Neighborhood of Denver, Colorado, which was broken into 4 apartments when we bought it. We turned it back to a single famliy home, while pretty much gutting everything. Our next project was a foreclosed property we bought at auction, renovated and sold.
